What is Encryption Tool?

        Installation

  1. To download WinGPG software, go to official websites https://scand.com/products/wingpg/


  2. Choose version Windows 32/64bit and start downloading


  3. Run the wizard and just follow the instructions until the end  

     


  4. Once the download is done, press on “Finish” button and you will see the following window:

    Just click on “Register” button 

  5. Try search WinGPG in the computer and if WinGPG appeared on the search list, it means the installation is complete and successful


    How to import private key if it exists or generate new one.

  1. This is the main WinGPG window. In case you already have used GPG-based software before, your keys will be imported automatically. Otherwise, there will be an empty list. Click on “Import Keys” if you have some. Locate them in the open dialog, select and click on ‘Open’ button. The GPG key will be imported into the system.


  2. If you don’t have a private key, you need to create it. Click on “Create Keys” button and type the data in the pop-up window.

  3. Now you have your password protected private key and you need to make it default.



    Use right-click in the list for the selected key and then use “Set as default” menu point. Do not forget to check “Use default keys” option below the key list as displayed.

  4. For The last step you need to extract your public key from the system and send it to all your recipients or publish somewhere like the corporate portal, so everybody will able to get your public keys.



So, you need to select your private key, push to “Export Keys” button, and in the opened pull-down menu specify the output file name and specify “public keys” option.

Now you’re ready to import or export files and texts and send it to your contact persons. Every time you want to send encrypted data for somebody, select their public keys from the list. Do not forget to add yourself if you want to read back your encrypted texts. Encryption does not need anything, but decryption needs your private key and might ask for the password for your key.

       How to login Microsoft Outlook using application in laptop

       1. Go to search bar at homepage and search for Microsoft Outlook. 



        2. A new window will appear and it needs you to choose which email you want to           use in Microsoft Outlook




       3. Then, the window will inform you that the email you choose is succesfully                    added as a new account




     4. Lastly, click done and you will redirect to main page of Microsoft Outlook page

  • Confidentiality - Messages can be edited by the recipient. Marking the message Confidential is only to suggest how the recipient should handle the contents of the message. A banner is placed at the top of the message that reads "Please treat this as Confidential."

  • Integrity - No email data will be lost by selecting Remove, it is just disconnected from your Outlook account. It can be re-added if necessary.

  • Availability - Outlook can be access through local device or by online by sign in into the account.
